Youth Group

The Youth Group at Belmore Road has regular activities designed to let each teen enjoy themselves, feel safe, and valued within a Christian environment. A regular feature of the youth calendar are 2x4 teen discussion nights on the 2nd and 4th Sunday night of each month. As we come to know God's love, we reach out and share this love with others.

Young Adults

The Young Adults ministry at Belmore Road caters to a diverse range of people: married; single; student; working; unemployed; Australian, or other nationality. We seek to bring each person closer to God, while also meeting the universal social need of good friends.

39’ers

Are you another one of us that's been 39 for at least the last 10 years? Well, we'd like to get to know you. The 39'ers meet six times a year for a meal and time of fellowship. This is a great opportunity to get to know other church members while discussing needs in the congregation that we can work on together.

Ladies Bible Study

Ladies, we meet each Tuesday from 10:30-11:45 to discuss God's Word and how it applies to our lives. We are always looking for new members and this is a great way to get to know the church in a relaxed environment.

Over The Table

If you're interested in craft then Over the Table is for you. Every fortnight we meet on Monday from 10:30-12:30. Each session we're introduced to a different craft and take it in turns presenting our personal favorites. Child minding is available at each session.

Children’s Bible Class Programme

Each Sunday and Wednesday night we have Bible classes for children from ages 2 & 3 right through to teens. With so many classes there's something for everyone. Why all this effort? Because we believe that God's way of life is beneficial to all of us whatever our age, and that good principles learned young will stand each child in good stead throughout his or her life.

Benevolence Programme

As a church our goal is to 'reach out, sharing God's love'. Through our benevolence program we demonstrate God's love in very practical ways. We regularly give food to families in need, and also offer free clothing to the community.

Camps

Belmore Road supports or hosts four camps throughout the year. Camps are a fun way to build relationships by spending time with each other and taking time to encourage each other in our Christian walks. The annual Belmore Road congregational camp "I Need God" (Camp ING) is for everyone and is held over the March long weekend. In July the teens take a trip up the Hume for a weekend camp (Focus) in Sydney. September sees Revive, a camp for Victorian teens and young adults and a great way to make new friends. From December 27-Jan. 1 the whole family is invited to Sydney for Camp Challenge.
